Responsible for spatial concept, experiential narrative, product interaction strategy, and 3D visualisation.

Spatial Strategy

The activation was designed as a modular retail ecosystem composed of independent yet cohesive elements.

Impact

The proposal demonstrates the ability to translate a digital-first beauty brand into a tangible, immersive retail experience.

By leveraging bold color blocking, modular display elements, and experiential product interaction, the pop-up reinforces brand recognition while driving engagement.

The spatial composition encourages movement, curiosity, and social-media interaction, aligning physical space with contemporary consumer behavior.

The project highlights my ability to design branded environments that balance visual impact, functionality, and storytelling.

Material Lighting

The material palette is intentionally minimal and brand-driven, dominated by Rhode’s signature yellow to create immediate visual recognition and impact.

Glossy lacquered finishes enhance reflectivity and reinforce a clean, cosmetic-inspired aesthetic.

Contrasting soft matte elements balance the composition and prevent visual saturation.

Lighting is integrated to highlight product interaction areas, particularly the tester islands and display surfaces.

Soft, diffused illumination enhances skin tones and reinforces the beauty-focused experience, while controlled accent lighting draws attention to hero products and branded backdrops.
