Translating Tiffany & Co.’s global luxury identity into a cohesive retail spatial system.
Retail spatial redesign for Tiffany & Co., adapting the brand’s established global identity to a new flagship location in Lima. The project focused on transforming brand values into a structured physical experience within a local commercial context. This store was designed as a spatial expression of anticipation — where purchasing a piece becomes a ceremonial experience rather than a transaction.
Role & Scope
Brand research and brief development
Spatial layout design and zoning strategy
Customer journey planning
Custom display system design
Material and lighting specification
Technical drawing production (layout, finishes, sections, ceiling plan)
Final presentation development
Spatial Strategy
The spatial organization is structured around a central architectural element that acts as a visual and circulation anchor upon entry.
Public display areas are arranged perimetrically to maximize product visibility while maintaining clear sightlines across the store. A secondary layer of space introduces lounge seating and private consultation zones, reinforcing the brand’s emphasis on exclusivity and comfort.
The layout balances openness and control, ensuring intuitive circulation while preserving hierarchy between public exhibition, private sales, and operational areas.

Impact
The proposal demonstrates the ability to translate a global digital identity into a controlled, immersive physical environment.
Material Lighting
Lighting plays a fundamental role in elevating the product experience.
The ceiling plan integrates recessed spotlights to create focused illumination over display units, enhancing the brilliance and materiality of the jewelry. Ambient lighting maintains overall spatial warmth without competing with the product focal points.
A central chandelier establishes a strong visual anchor at entry, reinforcing brand identity and spatial hierarchy.
LED integration within window displays intensifies exclusivity by isolating premium pieces and increasing exterior visual impact.
Every element — from circulation to lighting — was intentionally positioned to maintain spatial clarity, visual control, and brand coherence.
